CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS:  To remind everyone, modifying contracts of any type by lining out is not permitted.  If the pre-printed text of a contract needs to be change, modified or deleted, and that includes leases, you must use the blank spaces provided in the contracts (lease) to refer to that portion of the contract that is to be changed, example, Delete lines 123 through 128.
