Online Newsletter for the week of November 21

QUOTE: A Success Business, "must serve the owners by providing them with profits. It must serve the team by providing them with recognition, rewards and a paycheck. It must serve the suppliers (vendors) by paying their bills. And it must serve the customers by fulfilling their needs." Bradley J. Sugars from "The Business Coach" www.ActionCoach.com

JIM'S MONDAY M&M GROUP. For the remainder of the year we will continue to talk about what you want to talk about and we will also talk about going paperless.

TAX CREDIT CONCERNS: There is no problem for first time home buyers with the tax credit extension but if a HOMEOWNER wants to take advantage of the tax credit, they must take action NOW rather than later. Keep in mind that most homeowners must sell their home BEFORE they can buy so they have to put their homes on the market NOW. And as we all know, NOW (the upcoming Thanksgiving/Christmas/Mardi Gras seasons) are not normally the best time to sell. You need to be talking with your sphere NOW and not later in order for them take advantage of this government program!

A PITTANCE OF TIME. Received this on Veterans Day. To put it into perspective, my uncle, Francis Xavier Peters was in the Army during WWII. He never talked about his experiences, never not even to his mother. I only recently discovered he earned a Purple Heart because of his wounds on the beaches of Normandy and again during the Battle of the Bulge but he never said a word. The next time you see a member of our services, give them a thumbs up; it means a lot. http://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&ik=db5ed59e2e&view=att&th=124e4a44aed4895b&attid=0.1&disp=attd&zw

It has been said that your web site is looked upon favorably by Internet search engines like Google, Trulia, Yahoo, etc when your web site is “content rich” and you can add content to your personal web site by creating a blog and regularly updating it. If you want to learn how to blog and what to blog about, go to www.NuggetsForTheNoggin.com and then search the archives for July 2009, Blogging for Success.

I TWEET, THEREFORE I AM. WHO AM YOU? Really great article on “tweeting” by someone who initially dismissed Jeffrey Gittomer. He now tweets regularly.
