CITI will identify homeowners delinquent in their mortgages with CITI and sent them a letter encouraging them to consider a short sale. The letter will identify 3 Keller Williams agents in their area who are QUALIFIED to work short sales. How do you qualify? Note: Logic would indicate that you these leads would be distributed based on zip codes. It would therefore be imperative that you make certain that your eEdge web site has the numerous cities and zip codes included on your site.
